Interiors are bright and colourful. Seating is comfortable and neat. The decor of this place is plain and simple yet give a youthful vibe. The large number of edison bulbs lit up the place wonderfully. With Ed Sheeran’s ”Shape of You” playing in the background, the mood is accentuated and I started feeling hungry!
The kitchen is open which I like personally as hygiene is open to the eyes. There was a guy and a girl who were handling the kitchen. Kitchen looked quite clean though I should not comment now as it is a brand new outlet.
Now coming to the main element of any restaurant – Food.
I had chicken sandwich, energy bowl and a float of apple and orange. The chicken sandwich was really different. It had a home-made kind of taste due to absence of cheese. However, the taste quotient is completely maintained. The sandwiches are served on a trendy box. The benefit of this box is that you can carry it without any hassle and have your remaining food later.
Then came the energy bowl. Very nice presentation and looked yummy! The base consisted of mango, yogurt and oats smoothie. It is topped with bananas, kiwis and pomegranate seeds. It is indeed very nutritious and immensely tasty! I felt quite full after having the energy bowl.
I had very little room in my stomach for anything else so ended up with half a glass of fresh float. The float was a mixture of apple and orange juices. it was very refreshing.
The juice/smoothie bottles (made of glass) look fancy. The packaging of the food is also very nice as i mentioned earlier.
The items are priced little higher than average. This I guess would not draw the budget conscious customers for a healthy meal. It is obvious that quality comes at a price and I really hope that they live up to it in the future.
